You are presented with the following screen after logging in to Gmail to grant Affixa access to your email account:
This problem arises when some of the details Google stores on your computer are inconsistent.
First, try the steps listed in the screen above. After performing each step, close the Affixa window. If you are then presented with a box containing your username, cancel out of this too. Then try using Affixa again.
If the steps mentioned in the Google page don’t work:
- Click the “Google Home” link at the bottom of the screen;
- From the Google home page, click “Gmail” at the top of the screen;
- Once Gmail has loaded, close the window;
- If you are then presented with a box containing your username, cancel out of this;
- Try using Affixa again.
